Terms of Service

1.1 Eligibility

To use Northern Stay services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract. Memberships are intended for individual and family recreational use only.

1.2 Membership Options

  Lifetime Membership: One-time payment or approved financing plan for perpetual seasonal access

  Seasonal Membership: Annual fee for access during the specified season (May 1 - October 31)

1.3 Membership Benefits

Your membership provides access to Northern Stay's partner network of campgrounds and RV resorts according to your selected membership tier. Benefits, park availability, and stay limits are subject to the specific terms of your membership type.

2.1 Booking Windows

  Seasonal Members: Up to 60 days in advance

• •

  Lifetime Members: Up to 90 days in advance

2.2 Stay Limits

• •

  Standard Parks: Maximum 21 consecutive nights

• •

  Premium Parks: Maximum 14 consecutive nights

• •

  7-day system break required between bookings at the same park (waivable with Park Hopper add-on)

2.3 Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days before check-in without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions. Late cancellation fees may be applied to the payment method on file.

3.1 Fees

  Membership fees are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase

  Lifetime Members pay a monthly maintenance fee to keep the network operational

  All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

3.2 Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. After this period, all membership fees are non-refundable but may be transferable according to your membership type.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Seasonal memberships will automatically renew at the end of each season unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. Lifetime maintenance fees are billed monthly until the membership is sold or transferred.

4.1 Park Rules

Members must comply with all individual park rules and regulations. Failure to follow park rules may result in eviction without refund and potential membership termination.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

  Commercial use of membership benefits

  Subletting or unauthorized sharing of reservations

• •

  Fraudulent booking practices or system manipulation

• •

  Harassment or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Northern Stay is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or expenses incurred during your stay at partner parks. Each park operates independently, and members assume all risks associated with camping and RV activities.

5.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee the availability of specific parks, sites, or amenities. Park participation, site availability, and amenities are subject to change without notice.

5.3 Force Majeure

Northern Stay is not responsible for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or park closures.

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Northern Stay services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Brunswick, Canada, unless prohibited by local law.

9.1 By Member

Members should first attempt to sell or transfer their membership. If unsuccessful, termination requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting customer support.

9.2 By Northern Stay

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to Northern Stay or partner parks. Termination for cause results in forfeiture of all membership fees.
