This place really is a marine paradise! The campground is clean and sites are thoughtfully arranged to enjoy either privacy or stunning river views. The campground is relaxing and quiet.Washrooms are spotless and showers are hot. Staff is efficient and friendly and the park clearly reflects their dedication. Their river front offers an amazing opportunity to view sea birds, seals and whales, without chasing them down in boats. Set up your camp chair and enjoy the show! (Some patience required 😉)

Watching whales/seals from the shore is something amazing. The campground is well run. Rules are enforced - which makes for a peaceful stay, but you feel closely monitored. Fires out by 11 pm. It’s so quiet that you can hear the whales and seals at night - you can also hear your neighbours snoring 😅. And on a clear night, the sky is incredible. Bathrooms are clean. they offer firewood and ice. Bring your loonies for the shower and laundry service. We arrived at 8:30 on a Thursday. We were about 25th in line. We got our campsite at 11 am ish. We were happy with our campsite. Each site gets
